In line with current technological developments, Sarawak people should adapt to a more sophisticated life despite being in the interior of Sarawak.

As a pure Sarawakian, who was born in Kpg Tanjong Parang,Kota Samarahan,Encik Mohd Sahat bin Den has set up a haircut platform through online which is known as The Dabey. The founder has more than 5 years experience in managing barbershop and has had 3 branches in Sarawak.

The Dabey was created to solve the problem of waiting customers at the haircut shop.

This idea was triggered when he realized that the haircut business is still using the traditional system where the owners have to wait for customers to come to their shops to get haircut service.

This app was specially designed to help customers and owners of barbershops .The system will provide a convenient platform for the owners to communicate with their customers. It also helps them to become more systematic in managing their shops and have more effective business strategy by utilizing the latest technology.

The Dabey would like to express gratitude to YB Abdul Karim Abdul Rahman Hamzah, the Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture for launching The Dabey App on July 20, 2019. The Dabey would also like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Abdul Qaiyum, the chairman of Startup Borneo.
