Positive affirmations during hard times are so important. Remember to check in on your love ones, ask them how they are and listen, sometimes all you need to do is listen to understand.
To be positive is one thing, to stay positive mentally is another thing that is not easy for most of us. Things to remember today:
? you are enough
? you deserve to heal and grow
? you are worthy of your wildest dream
? you don’t need to try too hard to please others or validation
Having to cope with hardships gives you courage. You’re stronger than you think you are 🙂
Ps: remember how i used to have bad breakouts on my face? All thanks to @lajung.malaysia for all the wonderful treatments I’ve done before the competition. Somehow, I don’t experience any breakouts after my treatments with them ?. #positivity
