UNIMAS muncul juara Cabaran Utama Hackathon  KUCHING (Oct 6, 2018): Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) muncul juara Cabaran Utama Hackathon pada peringkat akhir sempena Persida-ngan Next Big Tech Asia (NBTA) yang diadakan di Kuala Lumpur pada 1 hingga 3 Oktober lalu. Pasukan Native 404 UNIMAS menjadi pemenang selepas mengalahkan tujuh pasukan lain dalam perlawanan akhir tersebut. Azmin: A different economic logic for Malaysia  KUALA LUMPUR (8 Oct 2018): The government remains committed to grow and break out of the middle income trap to become an advanced high-income economy, according to Economic Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali. “Malaysia remains stuck in the middle-income trap as we have not yet been able to transition towards becoming a high-income nation,” Azmin said in his speech at the Khazanah Megatrends Forum 2018. As of 2017, GDP per capita as measured in terms of nominal US dollars has fallen to 9,944 from a peak of 11,183 in 2014. Kereta nasional baru dijangka dilancar sebelum 2020 KUALA LUMPUR (4 Okt): Projek kereta nasional baharu dijangka melancarkan model pertamanya sebelum 2020, kata Menteri Pembangunan Usahawan Mohd Redzuan Yusof. He said the semi-autonomous car was planned to enter the global market and would cater to demand from young people.
