Noble venture: Chow placing food waste into a tank at the launching ceremony of the Food Waste-to-Energy Biogas project at the Batu Maung Solid Waste Transfer Station. GEORGE TOWN: There is energy stored in food waste and Penang is going to get some of it back instead of sending it the landfill.
