Pertandingan yang berdurasi selama 2 bulan ini merupakan salah satu anjuran bersama Majlis Perbandaran Kota Samarahan dan juga Pejabat Resident Kota Samarahan. Tujuan utama pertandingan ini diadakan adalah bagi mempersiapkan pembinaan mercu tanda Kota Samarahan.
