The research house, which has a "buy" call and fair value of RM2.20 on Serba Dinamik, said the purchase of Wellahead Engineering is in line with the group's expansion strategy. KUALA LUMPUR: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd has purchased Petroliam Nasional Bhd’s (Petronas) fabrication yard in Teluk Ramunia, Johor, for RM320 million.
