KUCHING: Sarawak mensasarkan satu pingat emas dalam penyertaan sulung sukan elektronik (e-sukan) di Sukan Malaysia (SUKMA) bagi kategori Pro Evolution Soccer (PES) yang dijadualkan berlangsung pada 6 sehingga 14 Mac tahun depan di Johor Bahru. Menteri Muda Belia dan Sukan, Datuk Snowdan Lawan berkata pihaknya meletakkan ketetapan itu selepas meyakini kekuatan pasukan e-sukan Sarawak terletak pada PES dan bukan Dota 2 atau Mobile Legend (ML). "Kita menghantar 18 orang atlet e-sukan Sarawak untuk ke SUKMA yang akan bertanding bagi PES, ML dan Dota 2 dengan sasaran satu pingat emas untuk dibawa balik. KOTA SAMARAHAN: Hackathon Maya pertama di Malaysia yang dianjurkan oleh Perbadanan Produktiviti Malaysia (MPC) dan Nexus Produktiviti Elektrik & Elektronik (ESPN) adalah satu inisiatif yang baik untuk mempromosikan kecerdasan buatan (AI) yang berasaskan kepada Sistem Penglihatan Mesin kepada pelajar universiti di negara ini. KOTA SAMARAHAN: Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS)’s HappyGoLucky group emerged champion of the Industry 4.0 (I4.0) Virtual Hackathon East Malaysia 2020. The group participated in the hackathon with their project titled ‘Artificial Intelligence (AI) Defective Global Tracker’ and went home with RM5,000. The prize was presented by Youth and Sports Assistant Minister Datuk Snowdan Lawan at the Hackathon’s closing ceremony held at D-Virtual Park in Jalan Meranek here on Sunday (Oct 18). Meanwhile, first runner-up was Hozatech group from University College of Technology Sarawak (UCTS) who won RM3,000 for their project titled ‘AI-SCAN4GUD’. KOTA SAMARAHAN, 18 Okt: Pasukan Happy Go Lucky muncul juara Pertandingan Virtual I4.0 Hackathon Malaysia Timur 2020 bertempat di Taman D-Virtual Kota Samarahan di sini, hari ini. Membentangkan Projek ‘A.I. Defective Glove Tracker’, wakil Universiti Malaysia Sabah itu mengalahkan 13 pasukan lain. KBS merancang 9 Kejohanan e-Sukan dengan kerjasama Jabatan Belia dan Sukan (JBS) negara merancang untuk menganjurkan sembilan kejohanan sukan elektronik (e-Sukan), mengikut zon di seluruh negara.
