Teraju

Leading the Bumiputera Socio-Economic Development Agenda
The Bumiputera Agenda Leading Unit (TERAJU) was established in 2011 under the Prime Minister's Department as a strategic organization whose role is to lead, coordinate and drive Bumiputera Agenda with the aim of increasing Bumiputera dominance in the national economy.
Now, TERAJU's function has been expanded as the Lead Coordinator of the highly projected Bumiputera Socio-Economic Agenda, through strategic interventions,initiatives and programs based on priority areas in the Bumiputera Development Action 2030 (TPB2030) in line with the Vision for Common Prosperity 2030 (WKB 2030) and the 12th Malaysia Plan (RMK-12). TERAJU's roles is to encourage Bumiputera participation in high-impact strategic industries towards producing a sustainable Bumiputera development ecosystem, with a fair, equitable and inclusive economic distribution.
The Bumiputera Development Action 2030 (TPB2030) outline six strategic targets which are to be achieved by the year 2030 via seven key economic growth activities (KEGA).

OKSHE

Old Kuching Smart Heritage (OKSHe) is deliberated in the High Performance Team retreat, Sarawak Digital Economy 2017 and subsequently established as one of the 47 strategic actions in the Sarawak Digital Economy Framework 2018-2020. The Old Kuching has its own uniquesness based on the history as the primary and the main Sarawak. Through its tangible and intangible historical, heritage, culture, and other attractive sites, the Old Kuching capable to become a gateway to other cities in Sarawak. The vision is to fulfill UNESCO requirement and certify Old Kuching as smart heritage city, thus able to drive community economic growth and improve quality of life which aligned with the development of Kuching smart city.

Serba

Serba Dinamik Holdings Berhad Serba Dinamik Holdings) was incorporated as a private limited company in Malaysia, under the name of Serba Dinamik Holdings Sdn Bhd on 2 December 2015, and was subsequently converted into a public limited company on 13 May 2016. Established in 1993, Serba Dinamik Holdings, through its subsidiaries, is an international energy services group providing integrated engineering solutions to the Oil & Gas, petrochemical, power generation industries, water & wastewater and utilities.

Teraju

The six strategic targets are:
•Contribution of RM 438 billion in gross operationg surplus (GOS) from Bumiputera enterprises to the gross domestic product;
•Average wages at RM 5,169.12;
•Household income at RM 18,402.68;
•Return on financial assets rate per capita at a value of RM 4,495.65;
•A total of 3,248,920 skilled Bumiputera workers; and
•Residential ownership of RM 4,758,469.
The seven KEGAs are:
•Digital Economy;
•Agriculture and Commodities;
•Halal Food;
•Transport and Smart Mobility;
•Manufacturing; and;
•Tourism.

SDEC

During the first International ICT Infrastructure and Digital Economy Conference Sarawak (IDECS) which was held on the 3rd and 4th April 2017, the Right Honorable Chief Minister of Sarawak, Datuk Patinggi (Dr) Abang Haji Abdul Rahman Johari bin Tun Datuk Abang Haji Openg has announced siginificant initiatives and policy decisions to transform the State of Sarawak into a Digital Economy Powerhouse. This includes the setup of the Sarawak Digital Economy Corporation (SDEC), as the implementing agency to drive the Sarawak Digital Economy initiatives. Sarawak Digital Economy Corporation Berhad ("SDEC") was incorporated on 22nd January 2018, and operationalised in July 2020, as a company wholly-owned by the Sarawak Government through State Financial Secretary Inc. under the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning.

Teraju

Throughout its establishment, TERAJU has managed to create value of RM 146.32 billion for Bumiputeras, RM 14.79 billion for private investment and recorder RM 10.07 billion in market capital from the listing of Bumiputera companies on Bursa Malaysia.
TERAJU is also responsible for driving aspects of well-being and sustainability of life such as education, health, social security and sustainability to produce a comfortable and dynamic environment, as well as to elevate the dignity of Bumiputera to a higher level.
